Molly Fleder, LMSW is a social worker and holistic therapist whose work centers on supporting families, caregivers, and individuals through life’s transitions and challenges. With a foundation in community-based practice and education, Molly has extensive experience working with children, parents, and families to strengthen emotional well-being, resilience, and relational connection. Leveraging a nature-based therapeutic approach, she integrates experiential and reflective practices—often using outdoor and garden-centered environments—to foster social-emotional growth, stress regulation, and self-awareness for clients of all ages. Molly’s commitment to family systems and maternal mental health informs her compassionate, strengths-focused work, helping clients navigate parenthood, caregiving stress, life transitions, and relational dynamics in ways that honor each person’s lived experience.
