Local Maternity Thread is hosting a Maternity & Nursing Clothing Giveaway on Sunday, March 22, 2:00-4:00 PM. All are welcome! You are welcome to bring clothing to donate as well but don’t need to bring in order to take clothing. Thanks to generous neighbors, there is plenty of clothing for everyone!

We have a wide range of maternity and nursing clothing available for spring and summer!

Please note that we only accept maternity and nursing clothing in good condition, no postpartum supplies, feeding supplies, baby clothing, etc.

Prepare for your fall/winter pregnancy with cool-weather clothing in a wide range of sizes, plus nursing bras, bottles, pumps, and other nursing supplies. You are welcome to bring your own unneeded maternity and nursing clothing to the event or drop it off in advance. Even if you don't have anything to share, you're welcome to browse and take what you need.

As always, neighbors are welcome to donate and browse items in the Local Maternity Shed in the driveway of 6905 Poplar Ave anytime; this giveaway just gives neighbors an opportunity to browse through all of the cold-weather clothing that was donated during the summer all at once.

Please, no resale. Take a thread, leave a thread. Repeat.

You are welcome to bring your own unneeded maternity and nursing clothing to share, but please, no baby clothing or supplies (we don't have enough space).

We've been storing donated spring and summer clothes all fall and winter, and this is your chance to go through all of them!

If you have clothes to donate but don't plan to take any, feel free to drop them off in advance by leaving them on the porch of 6905 Poplar Ave, Takoma Park, MD.

This event is only for pregnant and nursing parents and their friends/family members - please do not take clothing for resale.
